First Day Women's Daily Supercharge Multi (Gummy Drops)
This is a review for the product First Day Women's Daily Supercharge Multi (Gummy Drops). Have you tried First Days new products? They are a creative vitamin company who has set their focus on science driven research, optimal absorption formulas, and wholesome ingredients. The website states, "Every ingredient we use has a purpose. Each nutrient is designed to fill a gap in our everyday needs, and our blend of 12 organic fruits and vegetables are full of antioxidants and phytonutrients to promote health. I was kindly given a bottle by the company to try in exchange for an honest review. Here are my thoughts:
PROS
Creative bottle design.
As a Holistic Nutritionist, I always appreciate organic, NON GMO ingredients.
Their products are as close to allergy safe as you will find. They do not contain the common allergens which include gluten, wheat, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, or high fructose corn syrup (corn).
No artificial flavors or preservatives.
I appreciate that for a gummy, these contain a small amount of natural sugars (organic cane sugar) at 2 grams per serving. Many other gummy vitamin brands are much higher in sugar content.
The formula includes many vitamins that women tend to be low in, such as Vitamin D3, B Vitamins, and Magnesium.
They include Vitamin K which is wonderful to pair with Vitamin D to help with absorption. You do not always find that in a Multivitamin.
A, D, E, and K are the fat soluable vitamins necessary in our diet, helpful in immune health to skin health! This supplement contains all of those.
CONS
I truly have very few if any cons, but it I had to list one or two, I will go with these...
The taste is decent. Not amazing, not bad, just middle of the road gummy flavor.
To purchase the supplement, it will cost you $39.00 a bottle. Not as high as many supplements on the market, but not exactly cost consumer friendly either, especially if you are on a tight budget.
