Eat Your Beets for Cardiovascular Health
Updated: Jan 27, 2020
Did you know?
Beets are one of the top food sources that can help increase natural Nitric Oxide to support heart health and vasodilation, therefore helping to lower blood pressure, as well as many other cardiovascular, pulmonary, and respiratory benefits! I think many of us are familiar with pickled beets, which indeed do hold beneficial properties as well. However, if you do not have a taste for canned beets, try the powder form!

More nutrient-dense than whole or canned beets.

Easier to consume than whole beets (beets are challenging to clean and prepare. Plus, beet powder blends easily in many recipes).
