Safe sun exposure is the most effective way to increase your levels, but of course, be wise and time your sun exposure. Sunburns are harmful, not helpful. If you are sensitive to the sun, second to the sun's value is oral vitamin D3 supplementation. (See Dr. Mercola's website for more excellent info. on the importance of Vitamin D). Seems so unfair! As if gaining weight isn't enough to manage.
